Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Maintenance Tech Lead Job Description This position is tailored for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with lead experience. You will be responsible for managing electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues within the plant. The role involves working with motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLCs, while also supporting two other team members in industrial maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Handle plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance within the plant. Work on motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLCs. Assist and collaborate with two team members on industrial maintenance responsibilities. Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Essential Skills Proficiency in pneumatics and preventive maintenance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with welding, including MIG and TIG techniques. Strong skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Knowledge of maintaining and repairing 3-phase motors and conveyors. Familiarity with AC/DC motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting. Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Why Work Here?
