$72,000.00•$93,000.00 per year + Bonus opportunity

Job Duties Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. Track equipment downtime, review maintenance data, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce production interruptions. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and monitor completion of maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance. Coordinate employee training, certifications, and skill development programs for maintenance team members. Conduct safety, housekeeping, and lockout/tagout audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor employee time and attendance records and support daily workforce planning and scheduling. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance. Partner with production and facility leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and support business goals. Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance 2+ years of supervision experience Experience with mechanical and electrical systems Experience with PLC and HMI systems Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
