• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential communities.

In this vital role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and general repairs Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Oversee the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order tracking and inventory management Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance standards Skills Proven management and supervisory experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and interpret technical diagrams Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, electrical wiring (including high voltage and low voltage), and industrial equipment Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and proactive problem-solving Fluency in English with clear communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors Join us as we maintain excellence in residential living spaces!
