Examination Method:
Education and Experience, 100%, for Preferred Service positions. Overview This maintenance position is responsible for supervising and performing manual labor related to the maintenance, care, and improvement of TSP lodges and cabins. Responsibilities Lead, manage and direct daily maintenance activities. Maintain Lodge room accommodations, cabin accommodations, restaurant facilities, and common areas to ensure they meet guest needs. Conduct and track preventative maintenance tasks throughout the lodge and cabins. Provide supervision and direction to subordinates during general, preventative, and restorative maintenance projects. Assist with inventories of work-related supplies and materials. Review and respond to work orders in a timely manner. Competencies (KSA's)
