This role ensures high-quality maintenance service, strong curb appeal, and excellent resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations and assign work orders Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs Conduct property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance is completed Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain supplies, tools, and maintenance inventory Support budgeting and cost control efforts Train and guide maintenance team members Respond to emergency maintenance issues Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily or property management preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Previous leadership experience preferred EPA Certification Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to perform physical maintenance work Valid driver's license preferred We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality work, team leadership, and operational excellence!
