In this role you will steer the daily operations and maintenance of our gas-powered facilities in Bastrop and Winchester. Lead our team towards excellence with meaningful impact! Lead staff through critical situations and high-pressure scenarios, ensuring operational efficiency while maintain safety compliance. Apply strong knowledge of power plant maintenance principles. Create succession planning that promote internal growth and team stability. Mentor and develop employees to build a culture of continuous learning. How You're Qualified Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. Driver's license How You'll Stand Out Experience in maintaining and operating conventional gas power plants. Experience using Maximo Experience in planning principles, including work package and PM development. Performance-driven leader who empowers teams to optimize processes and exceed business goals.
