Must be EPA and CPO certified. Have working knowledge of all aspects of apartment maintenance including swimming pools, HVAC, plumbing, appliance, electrical, paint and make ready skills required. Must have valid driver's license and insurance. We require a strong work ethic and reliable transportation. Must be a team player, but able to work independently.
