In this vital role, you will lead a team , ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise in maintenance, project management, and safety regulations will drive the continuous improvement of our facilities' performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex systems, implement maintenance repair procedures, and foster a culture of safety and excellence within our maintenance team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, managing daily operations and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Troubleshoot issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals; perform repairs on mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility equipment. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating resources and timelines effectively while adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams with strong leadership skills. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance environments. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage. Strong understanding of HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems repair, and mechanical systems troubleshooting. Experience managing projects related to facilities management with excellent organizational skills in project management methodologies. Excellent communication skills; capable of creating clear documentation and instructions for team members. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in electrical or mechanical trades preferred.
