Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the plant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels Strong leadership skills Effective planning and scheduling Acute attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills Team player Education and/or Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
