Full-Time Position Description Are you a seasoned facilities professional with a passion for keeping buildings, equipment, and systems running safely and efficiently? Join our team as a Facility Maintenance Director and lead all maintenance operations for our facility. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safety, sanitation, and mechanical performance while guiding a skilled team, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and executing proactive maintenance programs. What You'll Do Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies and programs. Evaluate maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, and allocate work assignments for the maintenance team. Monitor departmental operations and prepare work schedules. Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and accrediting body requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance records and procure department supplies from approved sources. Conduct training on life safety protocols. Collaborate with the business office to secure and maintain necessary permits and licenses. Report on life safety and maintenance issues. Perform routine inspections of HVAC, emergency, and disaster systems/equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings to implement maintenance activities accurately. Maintain and oversee backup emergency equipment, including generators.What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), construction management, or business (required). Master's degree (preferred).Experience:
For roles outside ofFlorida:
Minimum five (5) years of facilities management experience with at least three (3) years in a management role (required).Florida roles:
Minimum of ten (10) years of facility maintenance experience, with five (5) in management (required). Experience in inpatient or residential healthcare settings (required).Licenses/Certifications:

Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), General Contractor (GC), Project Management Professional (PMP) Why Join Us?
