Preservation & Maintenance Manager Superior Skilled Trades | Corpus Christi, TX | $50•60/hr Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Preservation & Maintenance Manager for a major industrial project in Corpus Christi. Responsibilities Lead the preservation program and a team of Preservation Technicians. Keep stored and staged equipment install-ready through lubrication, equipment rotation, nitrogen purging, corrosion control, and preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate, traceable preservation and condition records. Inspect equipment and identify/address deterioration or preservation issues. Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Construction, and Commissioning teams. Hold the preservation team accountable for schedules, procedures, safety, and quality. Requirements 5+ years of industrial maintenance, equipment preservation, or related experience. Previous supervisory/management experience. Strong industrial equipment preservation and maintenance knowledge. Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills. Industrial construction or large capital project experience preferred.
