Job Summary We are hiring a Business Development Manager, Industrial Vacuum Truck Services, to manage and drive growth in the industrial vacuum truck service and plant maintenance in Texas and Oklahoma. This position is responsible for deploying assets and personnel to service current customers, develop new customer relationships, and add new business. The position requires 5-7 years of industrial services sales and supervisory experience. Travel will be required. Experience Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial service teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, training development, and fostering a safety-conscious work culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes; strong organizational skills required for managing multiple priorities efficiently. Benefits
