Job Description:

The Manufacturing & Maintenance Functional Lead will own Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance modules, ensuring production integrity, serialized traceability, and asset reliability across manufacturing operations. This role directly supports production uptime and operational excellence. \n What you'll do: Oracle Fusion Module Ownership Manufacturing Work Definitions Work Execution Maintenance (EAM) Manufacturing Focus Work order lifecycle governance WIP cost accuracy Repair and rework loops Serialized assembly tracking Backflushing controls Shop floor process alignment Operational Leadership Partner with plant operations leaders Drive work order process improvements Stabilize WIP reconciliation Coordinate MES integration impacts Support maintenance cost tracking Leverage Oracle Cloud's AI/ML capabilities (e.g., predictive maintenance signals, production anomaly detection, and intelligent scheduling) to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless integration across planning, sourcing, production, and fulfillment processes.

Required qualifications:

8+ years manufacturing systems experience Strong understanding of production control and WIP costing Experience with serialized manufacturing Oracle Fusion Manufacturing experience Preferred qualifications: Oracle Cloud Certification Experience with MES integrations Aerospace manufacturing background Knowledge of asset reliability principles \n $110,000 - $170,000 a year \n #LI-TF1 #LD Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
