Position Summary Peak Parking is hiring a Maintenance and Parking Supervisor to keep our Dallas-area garages running during our busiest hours. This is a hands-on evening role: directing traffic, assisting customers, repairing equipment, and handling projects like painting when things slow down. On a given shift you might direct vehicles through a packed entry lane before an event, fix a gate arm that won't lift, and walk a frustrated customer through a payment issue — often in the same hour. Reliable transportation is required, as this position services multiple locations. Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and departure and serve as on-site attendant during peak periods, events, and equipment outages Help customers with pay stations, lost tickets, credentials, and access issues, resolving problems on the spot when possible Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through entrances, exits, and ramps to keep the garage moving safely Manage queuing during evening peaks and event arrivals and exits; stage lanes and signage beforehand, break down after Inspect gates, pay stations, meters, intercoms, and access control daily; diagnose and repair routine failures in the field Coordinate outside vendors for larger repairs and follow up to confirm completion. Keep traffic areas, stairwells, and lobbies clear of debris and spills throughout the shift Complete various assigned tasks such as sweeping, painting, patching, hardware, signage, lighting and power washing as time permits Conduct safety walks, flag hazards, and uphold Peak's service and appearance standards Be a team player and come with a positive attitude Essential Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical & Work Requirements Applicants must be able to: Stand for six (6) or more consecutive hours Work outdoors in all weather conditions Communicate effectively in spoken and written English Lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Remain in a stationary position for extended periods when required This role involves regular standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Qualifications Skills and Abilities Prior parking, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and basic repairs Strong interpersonal and communication skills in high-traffic situations Dependable work habits and flexibility to work extended hours or varied shifts as needed Reliable transportation to and from locations Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED (preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (Required)
