Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions forpany assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshootplex issues. Manage Service Center staffing.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.
Troubleshoot and resolveplex issues (manages system issues).
Actively monitor open work orders.
Responsible for scling strategy and service center staffing
Responds to calls with Maintenance requests.
Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.
Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
Nature and Scope
Experience provides solutions.
Ensures that work is performed consistently withpany policies and prores.
Leads a group or team of support, craft, or lower level professional associates.
Work Environment
Typically located in afortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable difort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or t may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
No travel required.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
