MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
position.Location :
TAMU Galveston - 1001 Texas Clipper Road, Galveston, TX 77554. (Openings at other locations within school district available)Note:

Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)Requirement :
2 years of prior maintenance experience, including supervisory experience is required.Pay Range:
$19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.Perks:
$250 sign-on bonus at 90 days, and $750 at 1 year. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
