In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in training new maintenance staff and promoting best practices. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve facility operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
