Day-To-Day Maintains HazCom Notebook, Life/Safety Compliance Book, chemical index Schedules monthly fire drills and performs inspection and maintenance of facility fire Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of the building and facility vehicles Responsible for the supervision of the maintenance, health/safety sanitation, local transportation, and food service components of facility operations Monitors the procurement and inventory of housekeeping, maintenance and food supplies. Directs supervision of facility services and staff which include food services, maintenance, and janitorial personnel Works as liaison between the facility and all authorized vendors Ensures management of the program's resources within budget Supervises, supports, motivates and empowers the members of his/her team. Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of all agency vehicles Performs on-call duties as scheduled Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two years related work experience, two years of which are in a supervisory position OR at least minimum five years of facility maintenance work.
