We're seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading by example, and creating an exceptional living environment for residents. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex maintenance challenges, and ensuring every apartment home and community is maintained to the highest standards. You'll oversee all maintenance operations while developing your team and partnering with community leadership to drive property performance.
