This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex systems, and coordinate repairs to support continuous production. Your hands-on approach and technical proficiency will drive operational excellence and contribute to a safe, reliable working environment. Duties Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments. Perform equipment troubleshooting using electrical diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters; repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory of parts and tools. Conduct inspections of industrial machinery, including welding (specifically welding), HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Read electrical blueprints and schematics to facilitate accurate repairs; perform electrical diagnostics on complex systems. Maintain compliance with safety standards by adhering to industrial electrician practices, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and ensuring proper use of safety equipment. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment repair options and system upgrades when needed. Lead training sessions for team members on new procedures or equipment updates to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanics. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms for work order management. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, schematics reading, and electrical blueprint interpretation. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding), hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with industrial electrician practices and safety protocols; ability to operate ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively. Strong analysis skills with the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues quickly; excellent problem-solving capabilities. Experience in equipment repair across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems; customer service orientation is a plus. Ability to read schematics accurately and perform engineering troubleshooting on diverse machinery components. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of collaborating across teams and providing clear technical guidance.
