Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor needed for a cement plant. Some duties may include Optimize Maintenance Costs
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining operational efficiency. Enhance Equipment Reliability
- Develop and oversee a predictive maintenance program to prevent unplanned downtime. Lead Corrective Maintenance Projects
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned projects to ensure timely and effective resolution. Manage Shutdown Repairs
- Strategically plan and execute critical repairs during scheduled shutdowns. Oversee Capital Projects
- Ensure the successful completion of capital improvement initiatives, from planning to execution.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution, a two (2) year degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or related fields is preferred
Experience:
Prior experience of 2-5 years in a maintenance supervisory role 5+ years in maintenance position in a cement plant, large-scale mining (gold/copper), steel plant experience. (welding, conveyors, motors, gears, etc.) Supervisory experience. Proficient with reading blueprints and schematics Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software Competitive pay and benefits.
