- The Head of Regional Performance Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple regions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The ambition is to reach industrial cost leadership and sustainability goals by developing Safe, Sustainable, Successful, Self-Sufficient Plants.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- + Developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
- + Works closely with the Operations Manager. + Collaborates with the Safety Officer. + Interacts with the Supply Chain Manager. + Coordinates with the Quality Assurance team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
- Bachelor's degree 15+ Years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility
Field of Study Preferred:
- Engineering or related field
Required Work Experience:
- + Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment) + Proven experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred) + International working experience (preferred) + Experience in another industrial sector (preferred)
Travel Requirements:
- 40%

Clearly assigns responsibility, sets precise objectives/metrics, monitors progress, and implements feedback loops. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.WHAT WE OFFER
