Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing and Maintenance Planner to join our team. In this vital role, you will assists with production and maintenance planning and are responsible for purchasing maintenance and machinery parts as needed. The role also supports tracking equipment performance and maintaining accurate inventory levels for spare and critical parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with production planning and maintenance scheduling Manage and organize spare parts inventory and oversees replenishment Enter purchase orders into ERP system for approval Send approved purchase orders to Accounting for payment processing Track machine run time and downtime hours Maintain accountability and accuracy of critical spare parts Track shipping and receiving of banders, tools, and similar equipment Other Duties This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Work Environment and Physical Demands Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures. The role requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
