Job Description
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor in the Baytown area. In this high-impact and collaborative role, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance team, keeping critical production machinery running smoothly, and working directly with the plant manager to track preventative maintenance schedules. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Maintenance Supervisor job you'll be responsible for:- Repairing electro-mechanical machinery - production, cutting, packaging, etc.
- Manage maintenance inventory tracking, lead parts procurement, and connect with vendors for orders.
- Tracking preventative maintenance to minimize emergency downtime
- Coordinating and overseeing specialized external technicians.
- ???????Handling light building maintenance, as needed. What you'll need:

- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics
