If you're an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and taking pride in a well-maintained community, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Lead, train, coach, and motivate the maintenance team Coordinate daily maintenance, vendor work, and preventative maintenance Oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures Conduct property inspections and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing, vendors, and invoices Assist with budgeting and control maintenance, repair, utility, and capital expenses Promote excellent resident service and help drive resident retention Participate in the on-call rotation and assist other communities when needed What You Bring High school diploma/GED EPA Freon Certification — Type I & II or Universal 4-6 years of related maintenance experience 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills Multifamily maintenance experience preferred Ready to Lead?
