Foreman Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of electronic technicians, assemblers, and repair specialists. This includes scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing mentorship. Oversee daily workshop operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards. Assist in the assembly and repair of complex electronic circuits and components as needed. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Manage inventory of electronic parts, tools, and equipment. You'll be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining an organized workspace. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on new equipment, repair techniques, and best practices. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to address technical issues and improve product design and repair processes. Electronic Assembly Supervisor /
Foreman Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within an electronic manufacturing or repair environment. Strong technical expertise in electronic assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting. Excellent leadership and communication skills. You must be able to effectively manage a team and communicate with different departments. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in an electronic workshop. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or above in electronics or a related field is highly preferred.
