Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work. Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) issues on industrial machinery, including high voltage and low voltage systems. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, electrical panels, low/high voltage equipment, and facilities infrastructure to identify potential issues early. Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with facilities management to oversee building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security systems for optimal performance. Experience Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, and HVAC systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools such as the ohmmeter for electrical testing. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling work orders, tracking maintenance history, and managing inventory. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems as well as general facilities management standards. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on safety and quality. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster leadership qualities in others, and communicate effectively in English across diverse groups.
