POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, facility safety, and efficient production support. This role involves hands-on leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in engineering or technical field Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related supervisory role Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Strong computer skills: ability to research and source replacement parts is critical Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Maintain and update the CMMS with site details, maintenance schedules, and repair work orders Coordinate with the Plant Manager to schedule planned machine downtime for preventive maintenance and repairs Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives Source repair parts and manage inventory in coordination with the purchasing team Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation Perform other duties as requested by management All other duties as directed by management Inteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
