Overview Our client, locateed in East Austin, is looking to add an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to their growing team. The Industrial Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, safety, and day-to-day functionality of our manufacturing facility, production equipment, and supporting infrastructure. • This position is currently in Austin but will be relocating to Wimberly in December 2026. 1st shift position. Direct hire placement with the company! Must be willing to work in their Wimberely location once they move! Job Description Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery, facility equipment, and infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including saws, planers, sanders, CNC equipment, conveyors, dust-collection systems, pumps, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related machinery. Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime. Oversee maintenance of the building, warehouse, yard, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, fire protection, doors, docks, roofing, and other facility systems. Maintain accurate equipment and facility maintenance records, service histories, warranties, and inspection documentation. Lead, schedule, train, and develop maintenance personnel. Establish daily and weekly maintenance priorities while coordinating with Production and Operations. Supervise outside contractors and service providers performing equipment, building, and facility work. Coordinate equipment installations, major repairs, preventative service, and facility projects with minimal disruption to production. Maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers, parts suppliers, fabricators, electricians, HVAC providers, and other technical vendors. Promote a strong maintenance safety culture throughout the facility. Ensure maintenance activities follow company safety policies and applicable regulations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing. 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with industrial production machinery and facility systems. Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs. Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial equipment systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment and responding to critical equipment issues when needed. • This position is currently in Austin but will be relocating to Wimberly in December 2026. #BWC1
