Competitive Pay:
$60,000•$70,000/annually + Credit for experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am•5:30 pm | On Call for after-hour emergencies

What You'll Do:
Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep Independently provide long-term facility improvement with hands on maintenance support across the facility Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds Respond to after-hours emergencies, and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning
What You'll Need:
