Position Summary:
Richmark Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations at an apartment community. This position plays a critical role in maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance-related budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, repairs, and unit make-readies Order and track maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring expenses stay within budget Maintain and service pool equipment (pool certification required) Schedule and manage vendor services as needed Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations Provide leadership and training for maintenance staff Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of on-call rotation
Qualifications:
EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification (Required) Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance (Required) Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Assistant Lead High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Must pass background screening and possess a valid driver's license Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours/on-call duties required

Full-Time On-Call Rotation Required Weekend Availability Required Benefits:
