Maintenance Manager $110,000 - $125,000 + 15% Bonus + Mon - Fri + Full training and Training on Processes + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + PTO + 401(k) Temple, TX (Commutable from: Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Salado, Troy) Are you a Maintenance Manager from a heavy industrial or manufacturing background looking to take ownership of a key site maintenance function while joining a stable and growing Texas manufacturer? This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team, improve equipment reliability and play a major role in moving the site from reactive maintenance toward a proactive, reliability-focused operation. You will oversee maintenance across CNC machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC and general facilities, while driving preventative maintenance, root cause analysis and continuous improvement. This role would suit a hands-on Maintenance Manager with a strong 50/50 electrical and mechanical background who wants a long-term stability and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on site performance.
