Job Duties:

Manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of 13 facilities located throughout Region II. This position reports directly to the Manager IV, Deputy Director of Maintenance Operations.



Lead and supervise employees, making sure work is completed correctly and on time.



Set goals, priorities, and expectations for the program.



Develop or improve policies, procedures, and work processes.



Plan projects and schedules to keep work moving efficiently.



Monitor budgets and approve or track spending.



Evaluate how well the program is performing and make improvements when needed.



Coordinate with other departments, leadership, outside agencies, and the public.



Review technical information, reports, and construction documents when necessary.



Ensure work complies with state laws, regulations, and agency policies.



Make independent decisions and solve complex problems with limited supervision.
