Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Hotel Chief Engineer to lead our maintenance and engineering operations in multiple states. In this vital role, you will oversee the entire facilities management, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and technical systems operate seamlessly to provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, manage technical teams, and coordinate complex projects to uphold the highest standards of hotel operations. Duties Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure efficient maintenance of all hotel facilities, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Manage projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or new installations by coordinating with contractors and vendors while adhering to project timelines and budgets Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose issues quickly and accurately Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety inspections to support operational excellence Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising technical teams in a hospitality or manufacturing environment Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment maintenance Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems Excellent project management skills to oversee large-scale maintenance or renovation projects from inception to completion Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Fluency in English for effective communication across diverse teams and vendors Join us as our Hotel Chief Engineer to lead innovative facilities management initiatives that elevate guest experiences while maintaining operational integrity. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
