Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and project execution across our hotel portfolio in Alaska, Montana, Missouri, Arizona, and Texas. This role ensures all properties remain safe, efficient, and aligned with brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and project management discipline. Key Responsibilities Daily Maintenance & Operations Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance. Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of building systems, equipment, and grounds. Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Project Management Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and improvement projects across multiple states. Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians across assigned properties. Provide training to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Preventive Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Utilize CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Budget & Resource Management Prepare and manage maintenance budgets. Track expenditures and optimize resource allocation. Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety. Safety & Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities follow OSHA, local codes, and brand safety standards. Maintain documentation for inspections, repairs, and compliance requirements. Vendor & Contractor Management Coordinate with vendors and contractors for materials, services, and specialized repairs. Review bids, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance. Performance Measurement Track KPIs to assess maintenance effectiveness. Implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in hospitality. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Mechanical and electrical knowledge, including low‑ and high‑voltage systems. Familiarity with schematics, logic controllers, and building automation systems (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Valid Driver's License (required).
Pay:
$63,352.26 - $74,252.19 per year
