Position Overview:
The Lead Maintenance will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our residential buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units. Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues. Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly. Maintain accurate service records. Additional General Maintenance Repairs (as needed)- Carpentry, painting, trash outs etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required) Valid EPA Certification (required) Valid HVAC Certification (required) 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred). Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces. Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed. Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
