Competitive salary/wages based on experience Join Our Team! We're looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance professionals to help keep our limestone quarry operating safely and efficiently. If you have a strong mechanical background and enjoy working on heavy equipment, we'd like to hear from you. Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager will lead our maintenance team and oversee the inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of all quarry equipment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead maintenance technicians. Conduct and oversee daily equipment inspections. Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules. Coordinate minor and major equipment repairs. Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance planning. Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians Technicians will work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily equipment inspections. Complete preventative maintenance and routine servicing. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues. Perform both minor and major repairs. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience. Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment repairs. Quarry, mining, construction, or similar industrial experience is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment. $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
