Job Description
Kruwis Management proudly operates Jersey Mike's, Wingstop, and The Smoked Taco locations across multiple states. We're looking for a proactive, organized Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility operations that keep our restaurants running smoothly. Position Summary The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating repairs, managing vendors, overseeing preventative maintenance, supporting in-house maintenance technicians, and ensuring our restaurants remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role partners closely with Operations and store leadership to prioritize maintenance needs while managing budgets and improving processes. Responsibilities Manage repair requests across multiple restaurant locations. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance technicians. Oversee preventative maintenance programs. Monitor repair quality, response times, and project completion. Manage maintenance budgets, approve expenditures, and review invoices. Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective solutions. Maintain maintenance records, warranties, and service agreements. Partner with Operations to prioritize urgent repairs and improve maintenance processes. Ensure facilities meet company standards and safety expectations. Qualifications Experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or property management. Experience managing vendors and maintenance projects. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Budget management experience preferred. Multi-unit restaurant or retail experience is a plus. Schedule & Location Full-time (40-50 hours per week) Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility as business needs require In-office based in Orem, UT with occasional travel to restaurant locations Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional employee benefits are actively being evaluated and added as we continue to grow.
