The Gist As the Facility Manager at FatCats, you'll ensure that our center operates smoothly and safely byoverseeing building maintenance, repairs, and preventative care. You'll be responsible for the upkeepof everything from bowling pinsetter machines to HVAC systems while leading and developing a smallteam of mechanics and pin chasers. Assume Positive Intent Operate in the Gray Give Others the Benefit of the Doubt Show Loyalty to the Absent Exhibit High Courage and High Consideration Be Respectful in Disagreement Build Trust with Your Team Let the Best Idea Win A Day in the Life of a Facility Manager Your day will revolve around ensuring the safety, functionality, and maintenance of the entire FatCatsfacility. From troubleshooting pinsetter machines to coordinating repairs and leading your team ofmechanics, no two days will be the same. You'll also play a key role in maintaining industry safetystandards and communicating with leadership to address issues and implement solutions. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are always followed by team members. Oversee maintenance of the bowling alley, including troubleshooting and repairing pinsettermachines, scoring equipment, lanes, ball returns, and lane machines. Manage preventative maintenance schedules and perform equipment replacements whenneeded. Maintain and repair building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and industrial kitchenequipment. Keep the mechanic shop and storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Guide, support, and inspire your team of mechanics, helping them grow their skills while keepingschedules running smoothly. Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Corporate Facilities Manager to shareperformance reports, maintenance updates, and suggestions. Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including MSDS documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications We are seeking a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in facility maintenance and teammanagement. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in maintenance or asimilar role, including two years of experience managing a team. A solid understanding of mechanicalsystems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is essential. Additionally, the candidate shouldpossess excellent organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with theability to work efficiently under pressure. Give Us a Shot!
