Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead Grass Plus | Field Leadership | Full-time Position Overview Grass Plus is looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee day-to-day field work within the Maintenance Division. This position is ideal for someone with strong professional mowing and landscape maintenance experience who is comfortable leading a small crew, operating equipment, and ensuring each property is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead will work directly with managers while taking responsibility for daily route execution in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew on daily mowing and landscape maintenance routes Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other maintenance tools and equipment Perform basic equipment care, cleaning, and routine service checks Drive and safely maneuver a company truck and trailer Make sure assigned jobs are completed on schedule, safely, and according to Grass Plus quality standards Communicate clearly with managers, crew members, and other team members Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Pay close attention to detail while completing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general maintenance tasks Work independently and keep the crew productive without constant supervision Support company procedures, safety expectations, and service standards Qualifications Professional experience in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance Ability to speak and understand English Valid driver's license Comfortable driving and backing a truck with a trailer Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Able to pass a background check and drug test Able to work well with a team and represent Grass Plus professionally Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience leading or supervising a small maintenance crew Pay & Benefits $20.00 to $26.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, steady work with an established company Clear expectations and consistent daily routes Supportive management and team environment Opportunity to grow into larger leadership roles within the company Equal Opportunity Employer Grass Plus is an equal opportunity employer.
