The Maintenance Supervisor at this property is responsible for keeping properties current and functional by providing consistent and ongoing maintenance. This position requires constant manual labor and the ability to pinpoint specific areas that require attention and address them immediately. In this supervisor role you will need to lead others and interact with tenants and other employees.Duties & Responsibilities:
Plumbing Diagnose and replace heater pan parts, gas valves, and anodes- repairing water heaters Replace water heaters and expansion tanks
- check for proper flue draw Repair pex lines and solder copper Landscaping Operating sprinkler clocks, programming, and repair of sprinkler heads Checking building landscaping and reporting of any items that need to be repaired or replaced
- service requests written and addressed promptly Winterize sprinkler systems Repairing lawnmowers, blowers, etc.
