Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep and operational integrity of commercial properties. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Your expertise will ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, repairs are handled promptly, and tenant or occupant satisfaction is prioritized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance Execute residential painting, and other mechanical repairs with precision Maintain accurate records of work performed Supervise maintenance staff or contractors during projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules and resources effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or occupant concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance Knowledge of residential painting. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge related to building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and structural components. Supervising experience in a maintenance or facilities environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
