  • Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and extensively experienced Senior Certified Technician with over 20 years of hands-on expertise in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
The ideal candidate holds multiple industry-recognized certifications and demonstrates a deep understanding of advanced technical systems, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced systems and equipment. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate service execution. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation of all work performed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure readiness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 20 years of professional technical experience in a related field. Multiple active, industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Master Technician Certification, OEM certifications, or equivalent). ASE Certification Engine rebuild and repair Timing components experience German and luxury brand experience Extensive knowledge of diagnostic tools, software, and repair methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven leadership and mentoring experience. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and make high-level decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with emerging technologies and modern diagnostic systems. ASE certification Continuous education or advanced certifications.
Virginia State Inspector License Work Environment:
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying physical conditions. Availability for overtime as needed.
