Job Description

The Maintenance and Facilities Manager role is expected to have a strong range of skills from commercial kitchen equipment to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millwork, and painting/drywall. Reporting directly to both the COO and the Director of Operations, they will be responsible for ensuring all restaurant locations maintain compliance with MHG equipment, permits, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the scheduling, coordination, and documentation of preventative maintenance programs, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and building systems are properly maintained to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

COO Compensation:

Day To Day:
Manage and perform on-going maintenance Managing and performing internal preventative maintenance services Managing quarterly facility inspections Interfacing with restaurant management, vendors, and technicians/repairmen Equipment and restaurant supply inventory management Manage company storage units Maintain the daily repair log with updates to the
COO and Director of Operations Requirements:
Transportation Must have suitable transportation - reimbursement for gas/travel Operational Experience Minimum three years of multi-unit experience in a range of specialties. Restaurant experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word Personnel Management Possession of strong communication skills ensuring coordination across departments and locations Must have the ability to communicate effectively in both
