Job Description

  • Job Summary
  • The Fleet Supervisor (2nd Shift) starting at 11:30 a.

m. is responsible for providing hands-on leadership, manages workflow, assigns and prioritizes repair and preventative maintenance tasks, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards for a fleet of 70+ vehicles while supervising a team of 13 technicians.   • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • + Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.

+ Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.

+ Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.

+ Performs mechanical duties as needed.

+ Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.

+ Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.

+ Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.

+ Creates and submits reports as necessary.

  • A. Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED (accredited) + 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements) + Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire B. Preferred Qualifications

  • Pay:
  • The expected base pay range for this onsite position is $73,525 - $86,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
