In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safety regulations are strictly followed, and maintenance procedures are executed effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, optimize maintenance workflows, and foster a safety-first environment that promotes operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Lead troubleshooting efforts for engineering issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting with tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, training team members on safety procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment. Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing coaching on maintenance repair procedures, and fostering team development. Oversee project management activities related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety compliance using CMMS software. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues and develop innovative solutions for facility improvements. Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards while managing high voltage electrical systems safely. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems such as HVAC units and plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. Experience Proven supervisory experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical wiring (low voltage and high voltage), and mechanical components. Proficiency in using Entrata software for work order management and record keeping.
