Job Description
Proline Trailers is looking for a Service Manager to oversee our service department. The Service Manager is responsible for helping customers, scheduling work, writing repair orders, creating estimates, ordering parts when needed, and keeping work moving through the shop. This person will work closely with technicians, parts staff, and customers to make sure repairs are completed correctly and on time. Job Duties Greet and assist service customers Write repair orders and estimates Schedule service appointments Communicate with customers about repairs and completion times Assign work to technicians Work with the Parts Department to get needed parts Handle warranty claims and paperwork Follow up with customers after repairs Help keep the shop organized and running smoothly Monitor technician productivity and quality of work Requirements Previous management or service advisor experience preferred Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks Valid driver's license Trailer, automotive, RV, equipment, or service industry experience is a plus Benefits Competitive Pay Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401(k) Employee Discount Proline Trailers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
