Maintenance Manager/Supervisor

Maintenance Manager Salem, VA $110,000-$135,000 + Relocation Assistance Automotive Manufacturing This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys building structure, improving reliability, mentoring technicians, and driving operational performance in a multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage maintenance technicians across multiple shifts Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues Support robotics, PLCs, presses, and automated production equipment Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Mentor and develop maintenance team members and shift leads Maintain strong safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of Maintenance Management or Maintenance Leadership experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation, and industrial equipment Experience leading maintenance technicians or maintenance engineers Background supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations CMMS and preventative maintenance experience preferred Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
