Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technician - Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and ensure the highest standards of service and repair for automotive systems. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles Supervise and support technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality work Maintain quality control standards and final inspections Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers as needed Assist with training and mentoring team members Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shop environment Help manage parts ordering and workflow efficiency Experience 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus) Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills
