We're building a team of A-players who take ownership, hold standards, and want to grow with a company that's scaling fast. The Role This is a hybrid leadership role — part field, part operations. Some days you're on a job site covering a callout or running a quality check. Other days you're coordinating schedules, tracking crew performance, and communicating with the office. You need to be equally comfortable in both environments and ready to shift between them based on what the day demands. You are the standard on the job site and you hold everyone else to it. When quality slips, you address it. When a tech calls out, you cover. When the schedule needs adjusting, you own it. This role is for someone who's done the work, earned the respect of a crew, and is ready to lead one. What You'll Do Hold technicians accountable to quality, safety, and conduct standards daily Jump into the field when needed — callouts, understaffing, equipment issues, quality checks Assist with daily schedule coordination and same-day issue resolution Track technician performance and flag concerns to ownership Support onboarding and field training for new hires Manage supplies and equipment inventory using our internal ops system Communicate proactively with the office on job statuses and crew updates What We're Looking For 2+ years in exterior cleaning, home services, or a field trades role — windows, roofing, gutters, pressure washing, landscaping, HVAC, etc. You've led people before — a crew, a team, a shift. You know what accountability looks like Hands-on and reliable — you don't watch from the sideline when the job needs to get done Strong communicator — you keep the office informed and your crew aligned Organized under pressure — busy days don't rattle you Valid driver's license and clean driving record Based in or near Edmonds/Snohomish County area Compensation $27/hr starting base Path to $30-32+/hr effective with performance bonuses at 90-day review Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days PTO eligibility after 1 year. This role has a direct path to Field Operations Manager — overseeing multiple crews and roles, setting standards company-wide, and earning more as the team grows.
